18×18は、デザートやフルーツを1人分ずつ盛り付けるのに最適なサイズです。両端を丸めて繭状にすれば、コンパクトに収納することができます。また、鎚起で作られたことにより、繭状から広げると形状記憶のようにボウル状になります。

The 18×18 cm size is ideal for serving individual portions of desserts or fresh fruits. By rolling both ends into a cocoon-like shape, it can be stored compactly. Thanks to the traditional "Tsuiki" hammering technique, when unrolled, it naturally springs into a deep, bowl-like form, functioning much like shape-memory material.
